Gruppo PADANA, l'insediamento storico di Paese
Recentemente è stato avviato un grande progetto di riorganizzazione e sviluppo della sede principale di Paese, comprendente la realizzazione del nuovo complesso logistico, servizi e uffi ci, avente una superfi cie complessiva di circa 16.000 m², di cui 5.000 m² posti al primo piano del nuovo complesso. Il nuovo centro logistico consentirà il carico/scarico contemporaneo di 10 automezzi, in ambiente controllato per mantenere costantemente le piantine in condizioni ottimali di temperatura fi no al mezzo climatizzato di trasporto e quindi al nostro cliente. La realizzazione del nuovo centro logistico e di una nuova grande serra in vetro di circa 65.000 m² ha posto le condizioni per la realizzazione di un grande impianto fotovoltaico distribuito sui vari complessi, per una potenza complessiva di circa 3,5 MWp, completato lo scorso anno.

Recently a large reorganization project has been implemented to develop the main headquarters at Paese, including the building of a new complex for logistics, services and offi ces, on an overall area of approximately 16,000 m², 5,000 m² of which on the ground fl oor of the new block. The new logistics centre will allow us to load/ unload 10 vehicles simultaneously in a controlled atmosphere to keep the seedlings at the optimum temperature until they are loaded into air conditioned vehicles and delivered to our customers.The building of the new logistics centre and a large new greenhouse of approximately 65,000 m² has given us the opportunity to install a large photovoltaic system distributed over the different buildings, for a total power output of approximately 3.5 MWp, completed last year.

Kürzlich wurde ein großes Projekt zur Umstrukturierung und den Ausbau des Hauptsitzes in Paese gestartet, das die Errichtung der neuen Logistik- und Bearbeitungsstrukturen, Büros und Sozialräume umfasst, mit einer Gesamtfl äche von etwa 16.000 m², davon 5.000 m² im ersten Stock des neuen Gebäudekomplexes. Das neue Logistikzentrum ermöglicht das gleichzeitige Beladen/Abladen von 10 Lastwagen in einem temperaturgesteuerten Ambiente, um den Pflanzen konstant optimale Temperaturbedingungen bis zur Verladung auf das klimatisierte Transportmittel und anschließend bis zu unseren Kunden zu gewährleisten. Der Bau des neuen Logistikzentrums und des großen neuen Glasgewächshauses mit etwa 65.000 m² bildete den Ausgangspunkt zur Realisierung einer großen Photovoltaikanlage, verteilt auf die verschiedenen Gebäudekomplexe, mit einer Gesamtleistung von zirka 3,5 MWp, fertig gestellt im Jahre 2010.
