 Insediamento di Gaiarine, rinascita di una realtà storica
Il 2010 Gruppo PADANA ha acquisito a Gaiarine il sito dell'ex Resteya, azienda che negli anni '80 fu leader a livello europeo nella produzione di giovani piante.
E' in corso la ristrutturazione dell'intero sito, avente una superfi cie di circa 17 ha. Una parte delle strutture preesistenti è già stata rinnovata ed è in produzione; accanto troveranno posto serre in vetro per una superfi cie di circa 70.000 mq ai quali si aggiungono quasi 6.000 mq di strutture agricole ausiliarie. La realizzazione dell'intervento di ristrutturazione ha posto anche qui le condizioni per l'inserimento di un impianto fotovoltaico avente potenza di 1,6 MWp.

 Gaiarine division, the rebirth of a historic site
In 2010 at Gaiarine Gruppo PADANA purchased the site of a company formerly called Resteya, which in the 80s was a European leader in the production of seedlings.
The whole site, which covers an area of approximately 17 hectares, is now being restructured. Part of the existing facilities have been renewed and are in production; next to these will be built greenhouses covering an area of around 70,000 sq m, to which will be added almost 6,000 sq m of auxiliary agricultural facilities. Also here the building work has given us the opportunity to install a photovoltaic system with a power output of 1.6 MWp.

 Der Firmensitz in Gaiarine, Wiederaufl eben einer historischen Realität
2010 erwarb Gruppo Padana das Areal der ehemaligen Resteya, eines in den 80er Jahren auf europäischer Ebene führenden Unternehmens in der Aufzucht von Jungpflanzen.
Derzeit arbeiten wir an der Umstrukturierung des gesamten Areals mit einer Oberfläche von etwa 17 ha. Ein Teil der bestehenden Strukturen wurde bereits umstrukturiert und in Betrieb genommen; daneben werden Glasgewächshäuser mit einer Oberfläche von zirka 70.000 m² errichtet, zu denen weitere beinahe 6.000 m² landwirtschaftliche Hilfsstrukturen dazukommen. Die Umstrukturierung bildete die Voraussetzung für eine Photovoltaikanlage mit einer Leistung von 1,6MWp.

 Installation de Gaiarine, renaissance d'une réalité historique
Nous avons acheté à Gaiarine en 2010 le site de l'ancienne Resteya, entreprise qui dans les années 80 fut le leader européen dans la production de jeunes plantes.
Tout le site d'une superfi cie de 17 ha est actuellement en phase de réaménagement. Une partie des structures existantes a déjà été rénovée et est active; des serres en verre couvrant une surface de 7.000 m2 environ les complèteront, et il faut encore y adjoindre les presque 6.000 m2 de structures agricoles auxiliaires. La réalisation du réaménagement nous a ultérieurement convaincus de l'implantation d'une installation photovoltaïque d'une puissance de 1,6 MWp. |
